The 2003 Symposium is being held at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel, 202 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland. The hotel is located in the heart of Baltimore's famous Inner Harbor, just steps away from many of Baltimore's most visited attractions (National Aquarium, Oriole Park at Camden Yards, the frigate Constellation, one of the first ships of the US Navy to name a few. It is a lively and exciting venue you will long remember.
The AAMA discounted group rate is $189 single/double. The direct phone number for room reservations is (800) 468-3571. You must mention the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture to obtain the group rate. The deadline for reservations at the AAMA rate is March 24, 2003. Rooms will only be available at the AAMA group rate until that date or until the group block sells out, whichever comes first. After that, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis only. The hotel is expected to sell out. Make your reservations as soon as possible.
The hotel is 20-25 minute cab or shuttle ride from Baltimore-Washington International Airport. Many people along the Mid-Atlantic corridor may find Amtrak to be a worthwhile option. Baltimore's Union station is 12 blocks from the hotel. For some, flights into Washington's Regan International Airport or Dulles International Airport may be another useful option…….each are about 1 hour to 1 ¼ hour drive by car….bus service to the Baltimore area is available, as well.
