Dear Colleague:
As you know, Corporate Partners are an important part of the success of the AAMA Annual Symposium. The 2003 Symposium will take place April 25-27 at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel and we will again offer exhibitors the opportunity to increase their exposure to the Symposium participants and help support the success of the meeting.
We want to offer you additional opportunities to put your company's name in front of the attendees as a valuable supporter of the Symposium. We invite exhibitor companies to support the Symposium's social activities - refreshment breaks, breakfasts, cocktail reception. Your company will be listed in the Symposium materials as a gracious supporter of the Symposium and signage with your company's name will be displayed during the particular social activity. Your company's contribution will also be acknowledged by the Academy President in the general session that day. This is a great way to shine the spotlight on your company. This year we can also make totebags available to corporate supporters - have your company's name and logo on totebags given to every Symposium participants! Please see the enclosed information on the Corporate Support Application.
A successful service introduced last year will be repeated again - the "bingo card" drawing. This prize drawing will help to stimulate traffic in the exhibit hall and maximize exposure for exhibitor companies. At other meetings, this is a very popular feature for both attendees and exhibit companies. Each attendee will receive a bingo card for them to present to each exhibitor for your personnel to initial as evidence that they stopped by your exhibit. Physicians who have secured the initials from every exhibitor will then be eligible for a drawing to receive various gifts and other items. Bingo cards can be a great traffic producer and we hope you will find this added service of benefit.
You are invited to contribute some prize for the drawings. You will get the added visibility of being named on the list of prizes when the winning name is drawn. We invite you to consider donating some item to be included. Prizes that might be popular include Palm Pilot; gift certificates for dining or shopping; golf putters or similar items; etc. Use your imagination; make it something the physicians will remember receiving from you and your company. Please see the Corporate Support Application to indicate your interest in providing a gift.
As an exhibitor at the 2003 Annual Symposium, you will show your commitment to the Academy and its membership and we thank you for your support. We hope you will consider these other opportunities for additional exposure to the Symposium attendees.
